I would like information on Wicihcala. B. 1859 who married Charles H. Gage. B. 1847. She was 14 yr and he was 26 yr when they married 1873. Wicihcala was given in marriage by her uncle, The Leaf. In a document posted as Wabashaw on 5/12/12@ 8:35 it does say the Wabashaw name means The Leaf. I wonder if this might be a connection with both. Information on Wincihcala Charles family was posted, Gage and Traversie Dresses on 12/16/08 @ 4:15.
Three children were born of this union, Parker Gage b. 12/18/1873, Anna b. 4/18.1875 and Fannie b. 8/12/1877. Fannie married. Charles LaPlante, Yankton, b. 1895. HIS father was Louis LaPlante Sr.
ANY information would help. WICIHCALA AND CHARLES were married at Ft. Bennett as he graceless different areas as s Post Trader. Thank you.
